Illustrative sample using fictional data. Klera emails an occasional spot check — at least once a year for each active tenancy. No reply is recorded as not confirmed; it is never treated as proof that rent was paid, and never as consent. Tenants are notified of anything adverse reported about them and can request a correction or raise a dispute.

Landlord accounts are free during beta

Creating an account, adding properties, drafting a Klera tenancy agreement, inviting tenants and answering Klera spot checks all cost nothing during early access. No card and no payment details are required, and there is no obligation. If pricing is introduced later, we will explain it clearly and well in advance.

Evidence, not assumptions

Replace patchy references and informal chats with a structured record of how previous tenancies actually performed.

Faster decisions

A concise summary of payment history means less chasing, fewer delays between viewing and move-in, and shorter void periods.

Better tenant relationships

Recognising a strong payment record is a positive conversation. Klera gives you a reason to say yes with confidence.

Responsible contribution

You are only asked to confirm the facts when Klera sends an occasional spot check, or when there is an exception to report — with verification, tenant visibility and correction rights built in.

What you'll see

A clear summary, not a black box

Klera reports set out the facts of a tenancy history so you can weigh them yourself. There is no hidden score and no automated accept or reject.

  • On-time, late and missed payment counts across the recorded history
  • Current arrears position and length of recorded history
  • Any entries currently under dispute, clearly flagged
  • The date each record was contributed and by which verified party

Conduct records (anti-social behaviour)

Excluded from the rental score

No conduct records have been reported during this period.

Conduct records are factual and kept separate from payment history. Tenants are notified of every entry and can dispute it; disputed entries are shown as “Disputed — under review” and never presented as confirmed.

Records are contributed by verified landlords and agents, with tenants able to view every entry and raise a correction before it is shared. Sample data shown for illustration.
