Factual data is contributed
Verified landlords and agents record rent-payment outcomes — on time, late but cleared, part paid, arrears, settled or disputed — with supporting evidence where required.
Tenants are notified and can respond
Tenants receive notice of new entries, can view the evidence and raise a dispute or correction request. Human review applies to adverse or contested information.
A transparent record is shared with consent
A concise, factual rental record is shared for a specific letting decision, with the tenant's knowledge and permission, and clear data-quality labels.
